Return / Refund Policy
Due to the nature of the products being sold, the only action we can take is to reprint or refund an order if it is damaged in transit or there is a print defect . If you experience either of these issues, please contact me immediately by sending an email to brightascensionastro@gmail.com. Please include pictures showing the damage to your order.
Unless specifically noted otherwise, all our print orders are fulfilled by a Print On Demand (POD) service. I greatly appreciate your interest in my work, and I want to ensure you are happy with the quality of the product. If you have any feedback for me that may help improve your future experience, or the experience of other customers, please let me know!
